Certified Montessori Primary Coordinator (Primary 1 - 3)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Lagos)

We are seeking a warm, deeply knowledgeable, and certified Montessori Primary Coordinator to manage our lower primary classrooms. True to the KWS philosophy, our early elementary classes utilize an authentic, child-centered Montessori approach to guide pupils into self-discipline and independent critical thinking. You will be responsible for preparing a meticulous classroom environment, curating tactile learning materials across language, mathematics, and culture, and masterfully observing and documenting each individual child's developmental milestones to foster a lifelong love for learning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
  • A recognized, authentic Montessori Certification/Diploma (e.g., AMI, AMS, or equivalent accredited local training body).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience teaching within a structured, authentic Montessori primary classroom setting.
  • Outstanding communication and emotional intelligence skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with parents to support their child's developmental journey.

Lead Computer Science & Coding Instructor

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Lagos)

KWS International School is looking for a tech-forward Lead Computer Science Instructor to head our brand-new Advanced Robotics & ICT Hub. Digital literacy and logical computing are central pillars of our curriculum across all arms. You will design and implement highly engaging, practical computational thinking lessons for both primary and secondary pupils. From foundational computing basics to specialized logic modules like Python programming, frontend web development basics, and physical automation/robotics kits, you will empower our students to be active creators of technology, not just passive consumers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience within a tech-focused school framework, coding academy, or educational tech hub.
  • Strong proficiency in foundational coding languages (such as Scratch for early learners, Python, HTML/CSS, or basic JavaScript).
  • Experience deploying, managing, and maintaining software applications and hardware networks within a modern computer laboratory.

Senior Secondary STEM Educator (Chemistry / Physics)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Lagos)

We are seeking an innovative, passionate, and result-oriented Senior Secondary STEM Educator to join our growing academic team. At KWS International School, science is practical and student-led. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding JS1 to SS3 students through complex scientific theories and transitioning those concepts into hands-on discoveries within our state-of-the-art Physics and Chemistry laboratories. You will play a crucial role in mentoring students, organizing our annual Science Fair, and strategically preparing candidates to achieve top-tier distinctions in WAEC, NECO, and JAMB examinations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. Ed/B.Sc./B.Tech) in Chemistry, Physics, or a closely related science discipline. A PGDE is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of demonstrable experience preparing senior secondary students for WAEC and JAMB examinations with recorded high-success rates.
  • Deep practical competence in managing modern laboratory environments, setting up experimental apparatus, and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Strong familiarity with data-driven continuous assessment methods and computer-based examination tracking.
